Greece, a country beyond the imagination and, widely spread in forms of islands in Mediterranean sea. Greece is enormous beautiful than it's an appearance from the photos on the internet and blogs site, and, I must say that once in our life everyone should travel to Greece to see the culture, heritage and naturally stunning islands. I can say after my visit to Greece that it is easy to describe Greece but my experiences and memories which, I can not express through words, those memories imprinted in my mind for a lifetime.
Greece is the hottest travel destination around the world and every year, millions of travellers visit Greece. after the economic fall, Greece mostly depends on the tourism industry and every year tourism going up, and in most of the summertime, you will see lots of travellers on the mainland and islands, and in summer most of the hotels have lots of booking for travellers.
Greece is beautiful from north to south and east to west, the country has a most distinctive landscape in the mainland, as well as all islands, have a variety of geographical aspect. some islands are very lush green and many islands have very dry and treeless landscapes, but the islands are not identical, and every island has varieties of beaches.
we all know that Greece is not only impressive by its islands, but Greece has also the oldest fingerprint of many civilisations, human settlements, and distinguish cultures. there were many empires ruled on Greece and those empires had built many immense structures across Greece, many of them still standing for thousands of years and many of them destroyed many years ago, but still, you can see the elegance of those heritages and still those heritages saying the mythological stories of different god, goddess, warriors and many.
SUMMER VACATION:
Greece is very pleasant in summer, and very chilly in winter, therefore the best time to visit Greece of course summer. I can say the start of summer and near the end of the summer will be the best time to visit the country. We had visited Greece in the first week of September, and, the temperature was 40-45 degree and it was very hot and uncomfortable everywhere. I think you can check the weather on the internet and plan your trip to Greece.
TIME:
every traveler has confined time to visit places and countries, and this the sad reality about any trip. A country like Greece you never want to leave, but unwillingly you have to go away. we had planned this trip for two weeks but this period was not enough to see and explore Greece. We have planned two nights on ost famous places and islands but on some islands, two nights did not enough relax and enjoy the beauty of the islands. As per my experience, travelers should spend at least three weeks in Greece, and if you just want to visit some islands then three to four nights will be the best time to explore beaches, natural beauty, and market.
PLANNING AND GUIDE ABOUT NAVIGATION:
Planning is a key factor for any traveling in the world, and if you plan your trip proper way then you can make your visit surely comfortable and easily. as per my experience, transportation was the main aspect of my travel, before we booked our accommodation, we dug many sites for transportation because in Greece the public transportation system is not enough for tourists. in the initial stage, we booked ferries, flights, and rental car, then I booked my accommodations. the public transports are not available frequently in Greece, therefore, we reserved a car online and most of the rental car we picked from sea-port and airport. many rental car companies are providing their services to ports, jetty and hotels, and it is better to pick and drop a car from seaport or airport. when you hire a car, it is advisable to take insurance because in Greece driving is not standard as the EU norm, people drive rough in Greece. parking is the main problem on many islands, so explore google for parking and take GPS coordinates to reach on exact places, because on some island roads are very confusing and narrow. The reliable GPS is very important while you're traveling in Greece, so download offline GPS before embarking your journey in Greece because in some of Mainland and islands internet is not working properly.

THINGS TO CARRY:
oh, everybody knows what things they should carry while you traveling to Greece, but there are little tips for packing here I tried to describe. if you traveling in mid-summer then you must carry very comfortable cloths, one umbrella, sunglass, suncream, a credit card, and cash. I can say snorkeling is one of the best activities on some island, and therefore you should carry snorkeling kit or you can buy from there as well. on some of the islands, food is very expensive, so it is better to carry your favorite food along.
